Silver Lake Waterfront home offers great views and access to Silver Lake.  Situzted on 1.7 acres, this single family contemporary home is ideal for multi-family use.  The home built in 1974, features an opening living, dining and kitchen area, 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, recreation room and more!

Located in the lakes reagion near the Mt. Washington Valley area, Silver Lake is a quiet, clean, deep lake that offers great summer water rereation activities.  In the winter it is a short drive to many family downhill and cross country ski areas.  TShe house is adjacent to snowmobile corridor.

Fact:  Silver Lake is 990 acres, being one mile wide and three miles logn and is the second deepest lake in New Hampshire.

Kitchen Facilities:  Electric Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Mixer and Electric Griddle.

Property Amenities:  Television, DVD Player, Cable, WIreless Internet Access, Ping Pong & Foos Ball Tables, large deck, several smaller decks, large dock, kayaks, canoes, sail & row boats, large propane grill, picnic table, washer & dryer.

In summer enjoy the lake, hiking and biking opportunities are all nearby.

In winter enjoy ice fishing or skate skiing on the lake, or venture over to nearby King Pine Ski Area for ice skating, snow tubing, cross country or alpine skiing. If it´s outdoors, we have it!

Check in times

Summer Check In time is 3 P.M. (EST) and Check Out time is 11 A.M. (EST).

During the summer there are No Early Check-Ins or Late Check-Outs.

Summer turnover days are Friday.

Winter times are arranged with the owner.

Airports

Nearest is Portland Jetport, (PWM), Portand, ME.  Is about 1 hr 15 minutes away. 

Manchester Regional Airport (MHT), is about 1 hr 45 minutes away, but offers the easiest in/out experience of the two airports. 

Boston´s Logan Airport, (BOS), is about 2 hrs 20 minutes away.

Other transport

Concord Coach Lines (bus) comes to West Ossipee, NH and car rentals are available locally.

Rental Procedures & Policies

How to Begin – After finding a Property you are interested in, you may check the Availability Calendar, or contact us. Contact us for further property specific information or possible other calendar dates. If you don’t see what you are looking for, contact us anyways. If we don’t list what you are after, we can possibly still find it. Several area properties are not listed on a continuous basis, so we can contact the Owner for possible availability as well. We will work diligently to book your rental and make your stay here what you want it to be. We will even refer to other area Property Management/Real Estate businesses. Such referrals cost you nothing additional. Once we locate a vacation rental for you, we can send out a Rental Agreement form for your review and signature.

Security Deposit – Security Deposit of $200.00 and shall be included with the second half of the rental payment.  THSecurity Deposit shall be refunded within 60 days of rental termination.  The Security Deposit shall be refunded provided the home and its contents are not damaged beyond normal wear and tear and the house was left in a neat and tidy manner within 14 days of rental termination. 

Cleaning/Fees - Guests are required to leave the unit as they found it, in a neat and tidy manner with all waste and refuse removed from the house and property bagged and disposed of in the garage barrels.  The security refund and future rentals are contingent upon the condition of the house upone terminaton of your rental.   

Rooms & Meals Tax - Please note that all Rental amounts are subject to NH Room & Meals Tax.  NH Department of Revenue Administration Tax ID#:051107

Payment – Half of the rental payment is due when you receive a Lease Agreement for the SIlver Lake Home in order to hold your reservation.  Checks should be made payable to the Owner.

Smoking – Properties are typically non-smoking. Smoking is, of course, permitted out of doors. If you require a smoking permitted property, please let us know before hand to aid in our search for your rental property.

Check In/Out – Check In time is 3 P.M. (EST) and Check Out time is 10 A.M. (EST).   No Early Check-ins or Late Check-outs are permitted unless previously arranged and agreed.

Cancellations –Cancellation made sooner than 60 days before arrival will result in a full refund to the Guest. Cancellations made 30 – 60 days before arrival will result in a refund equal to 50% of the rental amount. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival shall result in no refund of the rental rate amount.  If we are, however, able to book the week in full, and for the same price, we will refund you 100% of your money, or, refund you the rental rate we were able to recoup.

Linens & Towels – Renters must supply their own bed linens and bath towels

Maximum Allowable Occupancy – Please contact the owner for the maximum occupancy.

Intended Use – The Silver Laek Home is a private home and we ask that you care for it as if it were your own or better.  The property and its amenities should always be used only for their intended use and in a safe manner consistent with normal use and operation.  The Owners cannot and shal not be responsible for injury or damage resulting from the Tenant misuse, negligence or misconduct arising out of the use of the property or its amenities.  Any damages must be reported for correction and repair at once.  Swimming and water related activites are undertaen at your own risk.  THe rowboat, canoes, kayaks and Sunfish sailboat on the property may be utilized by the Tenants, with the understanding that they do so at their own risk and that these wattercrafts are operated in a safe and legal manner per New Hampshire State boating regulations and with sound and sober judgement.  Please be considerate of the other residents on the lake during your stay.  Music and voices carry very easly aross the lake, especially at night.

NOTE:  Minimum 2 night stay Spring and Fall, and 7 nights summer.
